• 12 years as a Senior Lecturer on Fashion Business degree, with HEA Fellowship accreditation.
• Over 20 years’ experience of all aspects of knitwear and jersey product development and buying, including sourcing and range building.
• Managing and mentoring buying and product development teams for knitwear and jersey.
• 2010 – Present: Founder of My Trained Eye, Fashion industry training courses.
• 2009 – 2021: The University of Westminster, Senior Lecturer on the Fashion Business Management degree. Course content delivered both face to face and live online.
• 2010 – 2014: Long Tall Sally, Knitwear Consultant.
• 2005 – 2009: Oasis, Buying Manager over all knitted product.
• 1995 – 2005: Oasis, Senior Buyer for knitwear, jersey, swimwear and Indian wovens.
